THE
SECRET TO SUCCESS, MIRACLES, & POWER
In
the Brit Chadashah, Luke Chapter 17, the talmidim of Yeshua asked
him: "Increase our faith."
Verses 5 thru 10 contain a micro
treatise on creativity!
And the
apostles said unto the Lord, “Increase our faith.”
And the Lord
said, “If you had faith as a grain of mustard seed, you might say
unto this sycamore tree, 'You be plucked up by the root, and be
planted in the sea;' and it would obey you.'
But which of
you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him at
evening time, when he has come in from the field, 'Go and sit down to
dinner?'
And will not
rather say unto him, 'Make ready wherewith I may eat dinner, and you
prepare, and serve me, till I have finished eating and drinking; and
afterward you shalt eat and drink?'
Does he thank
that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I
think not.
So likewise
you, when you shall have done all those things which are commanded
you, say, 'We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was
our duty to do.'”
Notice that immediately Yeshua gave
them the "example-principle" of SPEAKING to the sycamore
tree ... with the prerequisite of "If you have faith as a grain
of mustard seed."
Then, He connects this principle
with the example of a servant, or hired-hand, whose duty is to OBEY
his employer-master.
1. Notice from the parallelism in
this teaching: FAITH IS YOUR SERVANT.
2. Also notice the second part of
the didactic in Messiah's answer: It is YOUR DUTY to use your faith
(assuming you have faith even so little as a mustard seed) by
SPEAKING to the situation which concerns you.
That is HOW you INCREASE YOUR FAITH
... by using it.
The KEY ... the SECRET ...
is augmentation of productivity: increasing the production - the
results - of your faith, not the "size" of your faith.
The old cliche, "Use it or
lose it," is applicable here. Just
as muscles may atrophy through lack of use, just as skills may
diminish though lack of use ... so FAITH may not be increased by lack
of use.
SPEAK TO THE MOUNTAINS IN YOUR
LIFE
It does NOT depend upon the SIZE of
your faith. My wonderful mother used to wear a mustard seed inside a
small glass on her necklace. I have always remembered HOW SMALL the
mustard seed was.
Your faith may be as small as a
grain of mustard seed. Take what faith you have - no matter how small
- and USE it: in the name of Jesus.
As you become obedient to the LORD
in using your faith - no matter how small it is - speaking to the
MIRACLES you need and the SITUATIONS in your life, your FAITH will
INCREASE. Through practice, and VICTORY, your faith will increase in
productivity.
3. Finally, notice that after you
SEE the answers to your FAITH SPEECH, do not be puffed up; but
realize that after you have done what the LORD taught you, you have
done that which was “your duty to do.” You took dominion, you
exercised authority, you spoke to the situations concerning you, or you spoke to the MIRACLES you
needed. You succeeded as a servant doing what his Master taught him to
do.
Now you know the SECRET to
success, miracles, and power!

P.S. #1 - Sometimes you may NOT
feel like speaking to your situation, or to your problem, or to the
MIRACLE you need ... but that's just the time you need all the more
to speak in faith. Study the Word of God ... find His promises ...
and then USE your faith (no matter how small) to speak.
P.S. #2 - Don't worry about the
impotent ministers, rabbis and teachers who scoff at such things. If they do
NOT want to believe the teachings of Messiah Yeshua (even though claiming to
follow Him), that is their problem. Don't let them keep you from a
blessed life and continued success, miracles, and power.
